Loopamp Campylobacter Detection Kit
Description
Amplification of nucleic acids with this kit is conducted by the LAMP method using the sequences related to Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter coli as the primers. From whether the amplification occurred or not, the existence of Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter coli can be determined.
By using Loopamp Realtime Turbidimeters to monitor the turbidity of white precipitates of magnesium pyrophosphate, the amplification by-product, the reaction can be detected.

- This kit does not respectively identify Campylobacter jejuni or Campylobacter coli, but can detect the amplification if either or both of the species exist.
