Loopamp Verotoxin Typing Kit
Description
Amplification of nucleic acids is conducted by the LAMP method using primers that can recognize the specific sequences of Verotoxin gene (VT1 and VT2) of enterohemorrhagic E. coli for the typing. From whether the amplification occurred or not, VT typing can be done.
By using Loopamp Realtime Turbidimeters to monitor the turbidity of white precipitates of magnesium pyrophosphate, the amplification by-product, the reaction can be detected.

Characteristics
- Comparing with the conventional microorganism inspection methods in foods, the typing can be easily done with this kit in a shorter time (about 1 hr).
- Amplification and detection can be done in one single tube with the real-time turbidimeters. Electrophoresis is not required.
